Jan 13 (LNG) - The Mexican Federal Electricity Commission has issued a tender for 13 LNG spot cargoes to be delivered from February until November 2015 compared with the previous tender it issued for 31 cargoes, the last of which was unloaded in December 2014. The state-owned body said the cargoes of 138,000 cubic metres each would be bought at Asian LNG price, with unloading at the Manzanillo import terminal on the Pacific coast. The Manzanillo facility currently receives most of its cargoes from the Peru LNG plant. Mexico imports almost 6 million tonnes per annum of LNG.
