Jan 12 (LNGJ) - Imperial Oil Resources, the Canadian affiliate of US major ExxonMobil, has filed with the province of British Columbia's environment agency to start the permit process for a planned LNG export plant and terminal at Tuck Inlet near the port of Prince Rupert. The plant will have an initial production capacity of 15 million tonnes per annum and with plans to eventually double output. The ExxonMobil project had filed for an export licence from the Canadian National Energy Board in June of 2013.
