Oct 17 (LNGJ) - Fluxys, owner of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal in Belgium, and locally-based European trucking company Mattheeuws Eric Transport have inaugurated their joint venture LNG filling station on the premises of the haulage company in the town of Veurne. "Fluxys wants to break the vicious circle in which the development of LNG infrastructure for transport finds that transporters are holding off on switching to LNG for lack of filling stations, while too few filling stations are being built because the customer base is lacking," said Fluxys Chief Executive Walter Peeraer.
