Oct 8 (LNGJ) - The US Energy Information Administration said average household expenditures for natural gas would drop by 5 percent during this winter season through to March 2015 amid a glut that will feed the emerging LNG export industry. Natural gas production this winter is projected to average 71 billion cubic feet per day, an increase of 3 Bcf per day, or 4.5 percent, over last winter, the EIA said. The projected Henry Hub spot price through to March 2015 will average $4.00 per MMBtu compared with $4.52 per MMBtu last winter, it added.
