Sept 22 (LNGJ) - The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max LNG carrier "Shagra", operating by Shell Trading and Shipping Co., will deliver a cargo from Qatargas in Ras Laffan on September 28 to the South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales, according to shipping data.
