Aug 14 (LNG) - GasLog Partners LP and GasLog Ltd., the two New York-listed operating companies of the Monaco-based LNG carrier fleet owner and operator, said they entered an agreement for the partnership to purchase from GasLog the "Methane Jane Elizabeth" and the "Methane Rita Andrea", two carriers built in 2006 with capacities of 145,000 cubic metres and bought from a unit of BG Group. The ships will cost $328 million. Meanwhile, the partnership has signed a commitment letter with Citibank for a new $450M credit facility.
