Aug 11 (LNGJ) - Kinder Morgan Inc. has merged with its three other companies, including El Paso Pipeline Partners, a publicly traded company with more than 13,000 miles of interstate natural gas pipelines, natural gas storage facilities with a capacity of over 100 billion cubic feet and two LNG import terminals and LNG export projects in the states of Georgia and Mississippi. "This transaction dramatically simplifies the Kinder Morgan story, by transitioning from four separately traded equity securities today to one security going forward," Kinder said.
