April 10 (LNGJ) - The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is considering permit applications from EcoElectrica, operator of the Penuelas LNG import terminal in Puerto Rico, for a spur pipeline to link with a planned LNG truck loading facility to be owned and operated by Gas Natural Puerto Rico.
