ABS guides LNG carriers through Arctic ahead of liquefaction plant build-up for Asia deliveries
The American Bureau of Shipping has released a new advisory report to support shipowners and operators intending to transit what will be newest LNG traffic area, the Northern Sea Route through the Arctic seas from Northern Russia to the Far East.
