Jan 30 (LNGJ) - The Texas Petro Index (TPI), a composite upstream index, reached an all-time high of 295.0 last month with the industry remaining in good order as LNG export plans develop. Before the expansion fuelled by new shale-gas and oil finds, the TPI's previous all-time high of 287.6 occurred in October 2008. The estimated value of Texas-produced natural gas increased 29.6 percent to $28.56 billion as wellhead prices rose 31.8 percent to reach $3.60 per thousand feet.
