Nov 14 (LNGJ) - LNG player GDF-Suez has entered the exploration and production business in Brazil for the first time. The French company signed a purchase agreement with Vale S.A., one of the largest metals and mining companies in the world, to acquire its 20 percent stake in two gas exploration blocks in the Parnaiba onshore basin, located in the North East of Brazil.
