Nov 8 (LNGJ) - Guanghui Energy of China and Royal Dutch Shell have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture for the development of an LNG trans-shipment and receiving terminal in Qidong in Jiangsu province. Guanghui and Shell will hold 51 percent and 49 percent respectively of the project.
