Nov 4 (LNGJ) - BAM International of the Netherlands was awarded a contract by Aqaba Development Corp. for work on a new LNG terminal for Jordan. The contract value is $63 million and includes the design and construction of an LNG jetty with approach trestle, including the mechanical, engineering and piping services. BAM International and its local joint venture partner MAG Engineering & Contracting Co. will complete the project in 15 months, BAM said.
