Nov 4 (LNGJ) - Norway's Statoil appointed Oystein Michelsen as its new manager in Tanzania. The East African country is planning LNG production after feed-gas finds by companies such as BG of the UK, and Statoil with partner ExxonMobil through their Zafarani discovery.
