Oct 21 (LNGJ) - Korea Gas Corp., a global LNG player, said its sales totalled 2.08 million tonnes of regasified LNG in September, an 11.2 percent rise compared with the same month a year ago. The company sold 27.75MT of regasified LNG from January through September. Kogas expects to import almost 38MT of LNG in 2013. Sales to power companies last month jumped 29 percent to 1.16MT, Kogas said.
