Oct 18 (LNG) - Tokyo Gas, the leading Japanese LNG buyer, has cut its retail domestic gas price for November because of a lower Customs-cleared LNG price over three months (June to August) of $842 per tonne (82,410 yen) compared with $862 (84,400  yen) in the previous quarterly reference period. In accordance with the provisions for Japan's gas rate adjustment system, Togas has set the unit commodity charge for meter readings in November 2013 down by 1.63 yen per cubic metre of gas compared with October 2013.
