Oct 14 (LNGJ) - US investment bank Morgan Stanley said it saw upside potential in the US fourth-quarter natural gas price because of the seasonal heating demand increase which will tighten the physical market. "However, new infrastructure coming online in 4Q will keep production elevated and prevent natural gas from staging a sustainable rally above $4 per MMBtu," the forecast said. "US shale-gas production should remain elevated. We expect 2013 US production to average 66.4 billion cubic feet per day. For 2013, Marcellus production should continue to increase as the region's infrastructure de-bottlenecks," the bank said.
