Oct 8 (LNGJ) - Wood Group PSN in Australia has acquired the 45 percent stake of Wagners Oil & Gas in the joint venture company Wood Group Wagners. Wood Group Wagners was set up by the UK company and Wagners in 2010 to tap into the booming Queensland coal-seam gas industry that is building LNG plants. The Wood Group Wagners company name and brand will change to WGPSN Queensland and will be part of Wood Group PSN.
