Oct 7 (LNGJ) - Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, a shipbuilding unit of Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea, has launched a 162,000 cubic metres LNG ordered by Golar LNG of Norway. The vessel will be delivered to Golar in July 2014, the Korean company said. This was the first LNG carrier Hyundai Samho has built using the on-ground method, but the company said it had already built 50 other ships using this method since May 2008.
