Oct 2 (LNGJ) - Mitsui Osk Lines, the Japanese shipping group and LNG carrier fleet operator, said it was planning to enter the market to develop Floating LNG import terminals. MOL currently controls over 70 LNG carriers and has newbuilds on order. Entering the FLNG market would put MOL up against companies such as Excelerate Energy of the US and Norwegian operators Hoegh LNG and Golar LNG.
