Sept 25 (LNGJ) - Drydocks World, Dubai-based shipyard, held a ceremony to see off the first turret module for the Prelude Floating LNG hull being built in South Korea for deployment in northwest Australian by Royal Dutch Shell. The first module, standing 22 metres high with a diameter of 30 metres and weighing 1,300 tonnes, was being transporting to the Samsung Heavy Industries shipyard in Korea. Other modules will soon follow.
