July 12 (LNGJ) - Cheniere Energy, developer of the Sabine Pass US LNG export plant, elected Randy A. Foutch as a member of the Board. Foutch founded Laredo Petroleum, a publicly traded Mid-Continent oil and natural gas exploration and production company, where he currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive.
