July 5 (LNGJ) - CHEC Dredging Co. of Shanghai signed a dredging contract for the Uruguay Floating LNG import project. The dredging is scheduled to begin on August 1 in an area five kilometres west of the Port of Montevideo where Uruguayan energy company ANCAP will position the facility.
