Jan 21 (LNGJ) - Fluxys Belgium, operator of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal, sold a subsidiary called Fluxys and Co. to GDF-Suez for 70 million euros ($93M). Fluxys acquired Fluxys and Co from Distrigas in 2008. The subsidiary held a 49 percent stake in the Norwegian partnership BW Gas Fluxys DA, which owns the LNG carrier "BW GDF-Suez Boston". The stake in the LNG carrier was the subsidiary's only remaining asset.
