Jan 9 (LNGJ) - Royal Dutch Shell, the leader in Floating LNG plant development, has relaunched its Technology Center in Houston, Texas, which has undergone extensive modernization and expansion to become one of the largest industrial technology centres in the world. Shell has two other technology centres in Bangalore, India, and Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
