LNG

Dec 24 (LNGJ) - Gasol, the UK-listed West African energy development company, signed a strategic alliance agreement with Socar, the state energy company of Azerbaijan, for its proposed LNG import project in the African state of Benin. Gasol is currently working on a venture to station a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit in Cotonou harbour in Benin to take on and store LNG for regasification and transmission through local infrastructure.
