Dec 13 (LNGJ) - Petronas awarded a Production Sharing Contract for Block SB311 offshore Sabah in Malaysia to a partnership including ConocoPhillips Sabah Gas Ltd., Shell, and Petronas Carigali. The block is 1,046 square kilometres in water depths ranging from 50 to 100 metres and has LNG feed-gas potential. "The area is located within a proven hydrocarbon fairway," Petronas said.
