Dec 4 (LNGJ) - China National Offshore Oil Corp. said it was making good progress with its storage tank construction at two new import terminals being developed at Haikou in Hainan province and Zhuhai in Guangdong province in southern China. The facilities are scheduled to begin commercial operations in 2014 and 2013 respectively.
