Nov 13 (LNGJ) - China National Offshore Oil Corp. has begun concrete pouring for the first of two full-containment storage tanks at the LNG import terminal being developed at Haikou on Hainan island, off the coast of Guangdong province in southern China. The facility is scheduled to be in operation by the start of 2014.
