Oct 12 (LNGJ) - Excelerate Energy of Houston has filed an application with the US Department of Energy to export up to 10 million tonnes per annum of LNG over a 20-year period to Non-Free Trade Agreement countries, such as Japan and China, from its planned Floating LNG plant to be located offshore Texas.
