Oct 2 (LNGJ) - FMC Technologies, the LNG and energy engineering company, completed the acquisition of Pure Energy Services of Canada for around US$285
million. Based in Calgary, and operating in multiple fields in both Canada and the US, Pure Energy is a leading provider of frac flowback and wireline services.
