Aug 30 (LNGJ) - Tokyo Gas, Japan's second-largest LNG importer after Tokyo Electric Power Co., said it was raising customer charges from October because its average cost of LNG purchases had risen in the May to July 2012 period to $917 per tonne from a previous $904 per tonne.
