Aug 20 (LNGJ) - Kenya is planning to go ahead with the setting up of an LNG facility in the port of Mombasa. The government contracted consultants Mott McDonald to advance its LNG import ambitions. The government is planning a facility for 1 million tonnes per annum of imports and an adjacent gas-fired power plant to be operational by 2015.
