July 3 (LNGJ) - The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has formally accepted the Dominion Cove Point liquefaction project into its pre-filing procedures. Dominion plans to transform the existing Cove Point import terminal in Maryland into an LNG plant targeting Marcellus shale gas for export.
