May 25 (LNGJ) - GAIL India said it was planning to build a pipeline from the new Kochi LNG import terminal in the south-western state of Kerala to the Kochi refinery in Ambalamugal. The Kochi LNG facility, owned by Petronet LNG, is scheduled to begin operations at the end of 2012.
