May 15 (LNGJ) - David Knox , Chief Executive of Australia's Santos, said a third liquefaction Train for the Exxon-led Papua New Guinea LNG project was likely because the feed-gas position had improved. The feed-gas for the project in which Santos has a stake will be transported by pipeline from the PNG Highlands to a liquefaction plant being constructed 25 kilometres north-west of the capital Port Moresby and will have a capacity of 6.6 million tonnes per annum from two Trains. An additional Train would take production to about 10 MTPA.
