May 1 (LNGJ) - Golar LNG Partners, the corporate Golar LNG unit listed on the US Nasdaq, said its board of directors declared a first-quarter cash distribution of $0.43 per unit. This is the same level of cash distribution paid for the previous quarter, Golar said.
