April 20 (LNGJ) - Western Copper and Gold Corp. of Vancouver said it started a preliminary front-end engineering and design study to evaluate technology options for a small-scale LNG liquefaction facility to make fuel and to be located near a gas plant, which is about 20 kilometres south of the town of Fort Nelson in British Columbia.
