April 5 (LNGJ) - Fluxys, owner of Belgium's Zeebruggee LNG import terminal and a shareholder in the Dunkirk LNG project in northern France, said its bond sale was terminated early, with the nominal value of the bonds being set at €350 million ($460M). "The bond issue's success confirms the confidence of the market and the financial institutions in Fluxys' financial reliability and in the crossroads function of the Belgian natural gas grid in North-Western Europe," it said. In consultation with banks BNP Paribas Fortis and KBC, the subscription period was terminated on April 4 "due to its big success," the Belgian company added.
