March 15 (LNGJ) - Brunei signed a heads of agreement for a contract renewal with Japanese utilities Tokyo Electric Power Co., Tokyo Gas and Osaka Gas, for 3.4 million tonnes per annum for 10 years from 2013. The Japanese utilities were the foundation customers of the Brunei LNG plant developed by Royal Dutch Shell.
