Jan 27 - Wartsila, the maker of LNG carrier propulsion systems, and UK-based Hamworthy, the LNG ship-sets company, have confirmed that the Finnish company's takeover is going ahead after the High Court in London made an order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement by which the transaction is being implemented.
