Jan 20 - The Golden Pass LNG import terminal in Texas, owned by Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil, is applying for a US Department of Energy authorization to re-export cargoes. The facility started commercial operations just under a year ago when the LNG import market had already tanked.
