Dec 31 - Shtokman Development AG, the Swiss-based holding company of the Russian Shtokhman LNG and natural gas project planned by Gazprom for offshore Murmansk, is expected to make a final investment decision in the second quarter of 2012. The deadline for the FID was extended after a meeting of the Shtockman Development shareholders, including French energy company Total and Norway's Statoil.
