Dec 20 - Lithuanian power company Lietuvos Energija said it signed a preliminary agreement with Klaipedos Nafta, developer of the Baltic state's first LNG import terminal, outlining the volumes of regasfied LNG it would be interested in buying from the import venture. "The outline contract also provides for Klaipedos Nafta to make sure that the LNG terminal's capacity would allow the guaranteeing of the total gas volume needed by Lietuvos Energija," the company said.
