Dec 19 - Angola LNG said its first cargo would be loaded for delivery to the Gulf LNG terminal in the US in February 2012. The Gulf LNG facility, located in Pascagoula Bayou Ship Channel in the state of Mississippi, was built for the southwest African country's plan in cooperation with Chevron Corp. to sell into the US market when prices were higher before the shale-gas boom. Although initial cargoes may be sent to Mississippi, the shareholders are expected to be looking to sell into higher-priced markets in Europe, South America and Asia.
