LNG firm Linde sells $1Bln bonds

Dec 6 - There were six times more buyers than bonds as Linde, the LNG engineering and technology company, sold 700million euros ($1 billion) of senior notes through its Linde Finance BV arm. The notes have a seven-year maturity with interest of 3.125 percent. "This transaction is part of our on-going financing strategy, reinforcing our liquidity position and ensuring further flexibility to navigate future market volatility", said Georg Denoke, Linde's Chief Financial Officer.
