Chubu gets third shipment by Q-Max

Chubu Electric, the Japanese utility, will receive an LNG cargo on December 2 at Nagoya port, which serves the Chita LNG terminal. The vessel making the delivery is the 266,000cubic metres capacity "Mekaines", according to shipping data. The "Mekaines" will be the third Q-Max to deliver a cargo to Chubu in 2011. The vessel is chartered to the 7.8 million tonnes per annum Qatargas III LNG Train in Ras Laffan in which Mitsui & Co. has a small stake.
