Petrofac, the oil & gas facilities service provider, said it secured a 1.4 million pounds ($2.2M) Work Management Systems Development & Implementation contract with Queensland Gas Co., the Australian subsidiary of BG Group. The contract, which is the first to be secured alongside local partner Sharp Business Solutions, will see Petrofac's Plant Asset Management arm play a "significant role" in the Queensland Curtis LNG Project using coal-seam gas.
