The Dalian LNG import terminal, owned by PetroChina, is to begin commissioning ahead of the start-up of commercial operations in early 2012. The facility is expected to receive its first LNG cargo from Qatar. Phase One development of Dalian includes two 160,000 cubic metres capacity storage tanks.
