Developers of the 12 mtpa Ksi Lisims LNG export terminal in British Columbia have signed a Heads of Agreement with Australia’s Santos for the supply of 1 mtpa for up to 20 years, to be delivered on a free-on-board (FOB) basis. The deal brings Ksi Lisims’ contracted volumes to 6 mtpa, alongside agreements with Shell, TotalEnergies and Uniper – paving the way for Ksi Lisims LNG to commercialization and take a final investment decision later this year.
